What you will learn
Week 1: See your work
Map your working week to see where your time is actually going and identify the work that consumes the most energy. You will also complete your Business Context Card so AI can understand your business, customers and voice.
Week 2: Pick one thing
Use the AI-Fit Check to decide which tasks are worth handing to AI and which should remain with you. You will choose one suitable task to focus on throughout the rest of the course.
Week 3: Tidy it up
Turn your chosen task into a clear, repeatable process before introducing AI. You will define the steps, identify the information required and describe what a good result needs to include for your business.
Week 4: Bring in AI
Build a reusable AI helper for the task you have prepared during the previous weeks. You will test its instructions, review the results and refine it until it produces work you can use consistently.
Week 5: Keep it working
Create a simple weekly habit for reviewing and improving your AI helper as your business changes. You will also choose the next two tasks you want to prepare and build AI helpers for.
What you will leave with
By the end of the course, you will have a working AI helper supporting a task that currently takes up your time. You will also have a clear method for deciding what to give AI, preparing the task properly and building additional helpers for yourself.
