Empower Educate Support

A hub for women in business

Welcome

I started Botswana Business Gems in 2021 with the vision of establishing an online space where the women in business in Botswana could come together – ask questions – share advice – and form a community.

As a Motswana woman and long-time business owner, I have been in many boardrooms where we as women are either the minority or not there at all. I decided to commit to being a part of the change.  As a result, Botswana Business Gems was a way I put action to my convictions to help empower, educate, and support other women in Business in Botswana.

From the initial creation of the Facebook group with just a handful of other women in business, we have grown to a thriving community of women who are entrepreneurs, CEOs, managing directors, and more. I am excited to partner with each of you to continue to support more women in business in Botswana.
